Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup butter (softened )
  • 1 cup white granulated sugar
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  • Use a mixer to cream peanut butter, butter, and sugars together. Blend well.
  • Add eggs and vanilla, mix again until combined.
  • Add flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt to the bowl and mix again till combined.
  • Add chocolate chips to the bowl and mix by hand using a wooden spoon.
  • Use a tablespoon to scoop out the dough and then roll each one into a ball, then place each ball on parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Use a fork to press them down a bit by making little crosses in the top of each cookie.
  • Place the cookies in the preheated oven, and bake for 12 - 15 minutes.
  • Remove the cookies from the oven. Allow to cool for a few minutes.
  • Use a spatula to transfer the cookies to a cooling rack to fully cool.
  • Serve!
