Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 1 cup light brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • ⅔ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped salted peanuts

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350°, and prepare a n 8 x 8-inch baking pan by spraying it with cooking spray.
  • In a mixer, cream the butter and peanut butter until smooth.
  • Add the brown sugar, and mix well.
  • Add the eggs, and mix until light and fluffy.
  • In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt. Add to the peanut butter mixture and mix until just combined.
  • With a silicone spatula, stir in the peanuts until mixed throughout, and spread into prepared pan.
  • Bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until the top appears set and golden, and a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
