- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 instant chocolate pudding mix (3.4oz box )
- 1 cup milk (cold)
- 8 oz. frozen whipped topping (thawed)
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
