Ingredients

The following ingredients have 40 Servings
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup salted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 large egg, room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 40 chocolate kisses

Instruction

  • Mix all the sugars, softened butter and creamy peanut butter in a large mixing bowl. Beat it until it's fluffy in texture.
  • Add the egg and vanilla extract and beat it until it's well incorporated. Add in the flour and baking soda and beat it until there's no flour streaks remain. Cover it plastic wrap and chill for 30mins in the fridge.
  • Preheat oven to 375F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Grab an extra cup of sugar to roll the dough and set aside.
  • Scoop approximately 1 to 1.5 tsp of size and shape it into balls using your hands. Roll into the granulated sugar and place into baking sheet.
  • Bake for about 10mins or until golden brown and crackly on top. Press a chocolate kiss in the middle right away once it's out of the oven and let it cool completely. Enjoy!
