Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups finely ground graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup + 4 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instruction

  • Grind your graham crackers into flour in a food processor or blender
  • In a medium sized bowl, stir the graham cracker flour, powered sugar, melted butter and 1 cup of peanut butter together until smooth
  • Put in a 9 x 13 cake pan, not greased, and use a spatula to smooth out so it is nice and even.
  • In a microwave safe bowl add the chocolate chips and 4 Tbs of peanut butter and heat in 30 second increments, stirring between each, until melted and smooth (1-2 minutes)
  • Spread the melted chocolate over the top of the peanut butter mixture
  • Refrigerate until set, cut into squares
