Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup low fat milk (any kind woks)
  • 1 cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup oats (old fashioned)
  • ¼ cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2-3 large scoops ice (or more to taste)

Instruction

  • Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth.
