Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup low fat milk (any kind woks)
- 1 cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 cup oats (old fashioned)
- ¼ cup natural peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2-3 large scoops ice (or more to taste)
Instruction
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth.
