Ingredients
The following ingredients have 5 Servings
- 2 medium ripe bananas
- 1 cup milk (or kefir)
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
Instruction
- Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until well combined.
- Refrigerate at least an hour. Pudding will continue to thicken as it sits.
