Ingredients

The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • 1 cup milk (or kefir)
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

Instruction

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until well combined.
  • Refrigerate at least an hour. Pudding will continue to thicken as it sits.
