Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 oz vanilla casein powder (1 scoop = about 1 oz)
- 1 tbsp no-stir creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 4 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (*can use regular milk but it changes the macros)
- 1/4 tsp coarse salt
- 1/8 tsp vanilla extract (*optional)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Combine all ingredients in a medium-size bowl with a spoon. Mixture will be crumbly when thoroughly mixed.
- Form mixture into 3 balls about the size of a golf balls.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and press cookies with your hand to flatten them out.
- Sprinkle with salt and bake for 12 minutes.
- Top with jam and serve warm.
