Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 2 cups low-fat (1%) milk
- 3/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 6 dates, pitted and chopped
- 1 tablespoon rose water (optional)
- 2 teaspoons flaxseed oil
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
Instruction
- Combine milk, yogurt, peanut butter, dates, rose water, flaxseed oil and cardamom in a blender and blend until smooth. It’s fine if small pieces of dates are remaining; they make a wonderful treat at the bottom of the glass.
- Pour into 2 tall glasses.
