Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 2 cups low-fat (1%) milk
  • 3/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 6 dates, pitted and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon rose water (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons flaxseed oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom

Instruction

  • Combine milk, yogurt, peanut butter, dates, rose water, flaxseed oil and cardamom in a blender and blend until smooth. It’s fine if small pieces of dates are remaining; they make a wonderful treat at the bottom of the glass.
  • Pour into 2 tall glasses.
