Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 2 cups leafy greens (optional)
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 medium banana (chopped and frozen if desired)
- 3-4 Tablespoons peanut butter (creamy unsalted )
- 1-2 dates (optional)
Instruction
- If using leafy greens, add to blender with water and blend until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
- Enjoy immediately, or store in an airtight container for later!
