Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 2 cups leafy greens (optional)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 medium banana (chopped and frozen if desired)
  • 3-4 Tablespoons peanut butter (creamy unsalted )
  • 1-2 dates (optional)

Instruction

  • If using leafy greens, add to blender with water and blend until smooth.
  • Add remaining ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
  • Enjoy immediately, or store in an airtight container for later!
