Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 slices thick bread
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup of cream
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Natural Peanut butter
- Your favorite jam
- your favorite syrup
Instruction
- Beat together egg, milk,cream, salt, cinnamon and vanilla.
- Heat a lightly oiled skillet/griddle to medium high heat.
- Dunk each slice of bread in the egg mixture, soaking both sides.
- Place 1/2 tbsp of butter in the pan and melt.
- Place the bread in the pan, cook the first side until golden. Flip and cook until the other side is golden. Remove from the skillet.
- Place one slice of French toast on a plate, slather peanut butter and jelly on top.
- Top with another piece of French toast.
- Serve with syrup drizzled over the top.
