Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 slices thick bread
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup of cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Natural Peanut butter
  • Your favorite jam
  • your favorite syrup

Instruction

  • Beat together egg, milk,cream, salt, cinnamon and vanilla.
  • Heat a lightly oiled skillet/griddle to medium high heat.
  • Dunk each slice of bread in the egg mixture, soaking both sides.
  • Place 1/2 tbsp of butter in the pan and melt.
  • Place the bread in the pan, cook the first side until golden. Flip and cook until the other side is golden. Remove from the skillet.
  • Place one slice of French toast on a plate, slather peanut butter and jelly on top.
  • Top with another piece of French toast.
  • Serve with syrup drizzled over the top.
