The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups coconut milk beverage (NOT the canned coconut milk)
- 2 cups frozen sliced peaches
- 2 frozen underripe bananas (sliced)
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger (optional)
- 2 cups loosely packed spinach leaves
Instruction
- Pour the coconut milk into a blender and add the peaches, banana, ginger (if using), then the spinach.
- Blend until smooth.
