Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups coconut milk beverage (NOT the canned coconut milk)
  • 2 cups frozen sliced peaches
  • 2 frozen underripe bananas (sliced)
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger (optional)
  • 2 cups loosely packed spinach leaves

Instruction

  • Pour the coconut milk into a blender and add the peaches, banana, ginger (if using), then the spinach.
  • Blend until smooth.
