Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
- 2 cups low fat milk
- 2 large peaches (pitted and diced)
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- chopped walnuts (optional garnish)
Instruction
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Store in an air-tight container and refrigerate overnight.
- Serve with diced peaches and chopped walnuts if you wish.
