Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups low fat milk
  • 2 large peaches (pitted and diced)
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • chopped walnuts (optional garnish)

Instruction

  • Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Store in an air-tight container and refrigerate overnight.
  • Serve with diced peaches and chopped walnuts if you wish.
