Ingredients
The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 4 slices pound cake (1" thick) ((cut into 1/4-1/2 inch cubes) )
- 3 cups fresh peaches (peeled and diced)
- 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
- ¾ cup sweetened condensed milk
- ¾ cup heavy whipping cream (whipped)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (bottled or fresh)
Instruction
- Beat cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream and refrigerate about 1 hour before preparing the other layers,
- Dice cake and set aside.
- Wash, peel and dice peaches into approximately 1/2 inch sized pieces. Add the lemon juice and toss gently to coat.
- Layer in individual dishes beginning with cake, then peaches and cream layer. Repeat until dish is as full as desired.
- Refrigerate until time to serve.
