Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 4 slices pound cake (1" thick) ((cut into 1/4-1/2 inch cubes) )
  • 3 cups fresh peaches (peeled and diced)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • ¾ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ¾ cup heavy whipping cream (whipped)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (bottled or fresh)

Instruction

  • Beat cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla until smooth.
  • Fold in whipped cream and refrigerate about 1 hour before preparing the other layers,
  • Dice cake and set aside.
  • Wash, peel and dice peaches into approximately 1/2 inch sized pieces. Add the lemon juice and toss gently to coat.
  • Layer in individual dishes beginning with cake, then peaches and cream layer. Repeat until dish is as full as desired.
  • Refrigerate until time to serve.
