Ingredients

The following ingredients have 24 Servings
  • 1 1/4 cups white sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 1/2 cups UNBLEACHED all-purpose flour (bleached flour toughens baked goods)
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1 cup peaches (peeled and finely diced )

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Lightly grease 2 cookie sheets.
  • Cream together sugar, butter, egg, vanilla, baking soda and cream of tartar.
  • Stir in flour, and peaches with a wooden spoon.
  • Scoop dough with a ¼ cup ice cream scoop and place on prepared cookie sheets.
  • Bake about 15-18 minutes, or until lightly browned and set.
