Ingredients
The following ingredients have 24 Servings
- 1 1/4 cups white sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 1/2 cups UNBLEACHED all-purpose flour (bleached flour toughens baked goods)
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 cup peaches (peeled and finely diced )
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Lightly grease 2 cookie sheets.
- Cream together sugar, butter, egg, vanilla, baking soda and cream of tartar.
- Stir in flour, and peaches with a wooden spoon.
- Scoop dough with a ¼ cup ice cream scoop and place on prepared cookie sheets.
- Bake about 15-18 minutes, or until lightly browned and set.
