Ingredients

The following ingredients have 11 Servings
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1-2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 can Lucky Leaf Peach Pie Filling
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter, cut in pieces
  • Popsicle sticks
  • Popsicle mold

Instruction

  • 1. Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, brown sugar, milk, cinnamon and sour cream and mix well.
  • 2. Pour pie filling into a bowl and chop up peaches so they’ll fit well in the popsicle mold. Add pie filling to cream cheese mixture.
  • 3. In another small bowl, combine flour, brown sugar and cinnamon. Add butter and mash into the dry mixture until crumbly.
  • 4. Fill popsicle mold about halfway with peach mixture.
  • 5. Add a layer of cinnamon streusel.
  • 6. Fill remaining space with more peach mixture.
  • 7. Add a popsicle stick and fill in the area around the stick with more streusel.
  • 8. Place into freezer until fully frozen, at least 4 hours. To help remove popsicles from mold when frozen, run under warm water and allow to sit for about 5 minutes.
