Ingredients
The following ingredients have 11 Servings
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1-2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 can Lucky Leaf Peach Pie Filling
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter, cut in pieces
- Popsicle sticks
- Popsicle mold
Instruction
- 1. Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, brown sugar, milk, cinnamon and sour cream and mix well.
- 2. Pour pie filling into a bowl and chop up peaches so they’ll fit well in the popsicle mold. Add pie filling to cream cheese mixture.
- 3. In another small bowl, combine flour, brown sugar and cinnamon. Add butter and mash into the dry mixture until crumbly.
- 4. Fill popsicle mold about halfway with peach mixture.
- 5. Add a layer of cinnamon streusel.
- 6. Fill remaining space with more peach mixture.
- 7. Add a popsicle stick and fill in the area around the stick with more streusel.
- 8. Place into freezer until fully frozen, at least 4 hours. To help remove popsicles from mold when frozen, run under warm water and allow to sit for about 5 minutes.
