Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 10 peaches, (peeled, pitted, and sliced)
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. corn syrup
- 4-6 Tbsp fresh lime or lemon juice
Instruction
- Add the peaches, sugar, corn syrup, and lime or lemon juice to a blender or food processor. Pulse to chop, then turn to high speed until everything is smooth.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Add to your ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer's directions. Sorbet is ready when it reaches soft-serve consistency.
- Remove from the ice cream maker and transfer to an airtight container. Freeze for several hours or overnight.
