Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 whole fresh yellow peaches ((seeds removed and sliced))
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 large frozen banana ((see notes))
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 2 1/2 cups unsweetened dairy free milk
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 2 pitted dates ((optional))
Instruction
- In a blender combine all the ingredients (except dates ) and blend it smooth. Taste test at this stage. If it is sweet enough for you then pour into serving glass immediately. Or else add the dates and blend it again.
- Pour it into serving glasses and enjoy itimmediately.
