Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1 750 ml bottle white wine
- 1/2 cup peach schnapps (peach liqueur)
- 3/4 cup peach vodka
- 1 lb fresh peaches
- 1/2 cup agave nectar
- Garnish with fresh peach wedges (raspberries and green grapes)
Instruction
- Combine wine, peach liqueur and peach vodka in a 9x13 inch pan and freeze at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Bring a medium saucepan of water to a boil and make x's in the bottoms of each of the peaches. Place into the boiling water and boil for 2 mins.
- Fill a bowl with ice water and plunge the peaches into the cold water and let stand for 2-3 mins.
- Remove the peels from the peaches with a pairing knife, then halve and remove the pits. Slice into wedges and lay on a plastic wrap lined cookie sheet and freeze.
- Place the frozen peaches and frozen wine mixture (it won't be fully frozen because of the alcohol content) into a blender with the agave syrup.
- Blend until slushy and pour into glasses, garnish and serve.
