Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup fresh peaches
- 3 tablespoons pecans (chopped)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 375
- Line pan with baking cups or grease muffin tin
- Peel peaches, remove seed.
- Chop peaches into small chunks.
- Mix the dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
- Add eggs and oil to dry ingredients.
- Gently fold in peaches.
- Pour into muffin tins about half full.
- Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
- Bake for 25-28 minutes.
