Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup mango (, fresh or jarred in its own juice and drained, chopped)
  • 1 cup peach (, fresh or jarred in its own juice and drained, chopped)
  • 8 ounces plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (, optional )
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • strawberries (, for garnish, optional )

Instruction

  • Combine the mango, peach, yogurt, milk, protein powder and ice in a high powered blender.
  • Blend for 45-60 seconds or until mixture sounds smooth and no more large chunks are being processed.
  • Pour into glasses and garnish with a fresh strawberry.
