Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup mango (, fresh or jarred in its own juice and drained, chopped)
- 1 cup peach (, fresh or jarred in its own juice and drained, chopped)
- 8 ounces plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (, optional )
- 3-4 ice cubes
- strawberries (, for garnish, optional )
Instruction
- Combine the mango, peach, yogurt, milk, protein powder and ice in a high powered blender.
- Blend for 45-60 seconds or until mixture sounds smooth and no more large chunks are being processed.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with a fresh strawberry.
