The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 (6 - 8 pounds) fully-cooked bone-in spiral cut half ham
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup peach preserves
  • 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. and place the ham, cut side down, in a shallow roasting pan or baking dish
  • How To Make The Peach Ham Glaze
  • In a saucepan over medium heat combine the brown sugar, peach preserves, vinegar, and mustard. Stir until combined. Continue stirring over medium heat until the mixture starts to bubble. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • How To Glaze The Ham
  • Spoon half of the glaze over the ham.
  • Bake The Ham
  • Bake, uncovered, at 325 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  • Glaze And Bake The Ham Some More
  • Spoon the remaining glaze over the ham and bake for another 15-30 minutes longer or until a meat thermometer reads 145° and the ham is heated through. Let rest 5 minutes and then serve.
