Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup sliced peaches ((sliced about 1/4-inch thick))
  • ½ tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ⅛ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ tablespoons granulated sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instruction

  • Heat oven to 375° F (190° C).
  • Place the peaches into a small ramekin. Stir in ½ tablespoon of sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, and cinnamon. Set aside.
  • In a separate small bowl, mix together the flour, 1 ½ tablespoons of sugar, and baking powder. Add the milk and whisk until the batter is smooth.
  • Place ramekin on a small baking sheet. Pour batter evenly over the peaches.
  • Bake for 25-28 minutes, until the topping is golden brown.
  • Enjoy warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, if desired.
