Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup sliced peaches ((sliced about 1/4-inch thick))
- ½ tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ⅛ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ tablespoons granulated sugar
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons milk
Instruction
- Heat oven to 375° F (190° C).
- Place the peaches into a small ramekin. Stir in ½ tablespoon of sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, and cinnamon. Set aside.
- In a separate small bowl, mix together the flour, 1 ½ tablespoons of sugar, and baking powder. Add the milk and whisk until the batter is smooth.
- Place ramekin on a small baking sheet. Pour batter evenly over the peaches.
- Bake for 25-28 minutes, until the topping is golden brown.
- Enjoy warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, if desired.
