Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 5 large peaches ((peeled and sliced))
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter ((melted))
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 2-quart casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
  • Peel and slice peaches then place them in a mixing bowl. Mix your peaches with sugar and salt.
  • Add these peaches to the bottom of your prepared casserole dish.
  • In a separate mixing bowl mix together your melted butter, sugar, vanilla, flour, and baking powder. Mix until combined but don't over mix. Once just mixed spoon on top of your peaches.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 15 minutes before serving.
