Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 fresh peaches (peeled, pitted, and cut into large chunks)
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/4 cup whole-wheat flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 4 teaspoons butter
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Ice cream (optional)
Instruction
- Heat oven to 375°. Coat four 4-oz ramekins with cooking spray.
- Combine blueberries and peaches in a bowl; add the almond extract and lightly mix.
- In a separate bowl, melt the butter. Combine remaining ingredients and stir by hand until moist and crumbly.
- Spoon fruit mixture into ramekins; sprinkle the crumb mixture evenly over the top of each.
- Bake 20-25 minutes or until fruit bubbles and top is golden brown.
