Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 cups frozen peach slices ((1 lb bag of frozen peach slices -- 454g))
- 3 cups Prosecco or other Sparkling Wine (my preference is Asti (710ml))
- ⅓ cup Peach Schnapps ((80ml))
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
Instruction
- Combine all ingredients in blender.
- Blend very well, until mixture is well-combined.
- Pour and serve. Please see notes for instructions on storing peach bellinis.
