Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 Flatbreads ((such as Stonefire Naan bread))
  • 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 6-8 ounces Fresh Mozzarella ((sliced))
  • 1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 2-3 Fresh Peaches ((peeled and sliced))
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • Fresh Basil Leaves ((chopped or cut into ribbons))
  • Balsamic Glaze ((optional))

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Drizzle olive oil over the flatbread. Top with fresh mozzarella and ricotta cheese. 
  • Layer peaches all over the flatbread. Bake on baking sheet or pizza stone for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is bubbling. 
  • Drizzle honey all over the flatbread pizza. Sprinkle with fresh basil. If so desired, drizzle balsamic glaze all over the flatbread.
