Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 Flatbreads ((such as Stonefire Naan bread))
- 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 6-8 ounces Fresh Mozzarella ((sliced))
- 1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 2-3 Fresh Peaches ((peeled and sliced))
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- Fresh Basil Leaves ((chopped or cut into ribbons))
- Balsamic Glaze ((optional))
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Drizzle olive oil over the flatbread. Top with fresh mozzarella and ricotta cheese.
- Layer peaches all over the flatbread. Bake on baking sheet or pizza stone for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is bubbling.
- Drizzle honey all over the flatbread pizza. Sprinkle with fresh basil. If so desired, drizzle balsamic glaze all over the flatbread.
