Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 2 cups flour (I used all purpose flour)
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 cup of water (you might not need all of it)
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil or ghee (I used sunflower oil)
  • 4 fist sized potatoes (about a pound, peeled and diced)
  • 1 cup frozen peas (drained)
  • 1/2 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground garam masala (use a brand you like)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • flour for rolling
  • cooking spray (oil or butter for pan roasting)
