Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 2 cups flour (I used all purpose flour)
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup of water (you might not need all of it)
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil or ghee (I used sunflower oil)
- 4 fist sized potatoes (about a pound, peeled and diced)
- 1 cup frozen peas (drained)
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground garam masala (use a brand you like)
- salt and pepper to taste
- flour for rolling
- cooking spray (oil or butter for pan roasting)
