- ½ tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- ½ tsp salt
- 7 oz granulated sugar ((1 cup))
- 2 TBSP brown sugar
- 3 eggs (at room temperature)
- 5.5 oz pumpkin puree ((2/3 cup))
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar
- 4 oz unsalted butter (at room temperature)
- 6 oz powdered sugar ((1 ½ cup))
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ cup half and half (can substitute milk or cream)
- 4 oz full-fat cream cheese (at room temperature)
