  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 7 oz granulated sugar ((1 cup))
  • 2 TBSP brown sugar
  • 3 eggs (at room temperature)
  • 5.5 oz pumpkin puree ((2/3 cup))
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar
  • 4 oz unsalted butter (at room temperature)
  • 6 oz powdered sugar ((1 ½ cup))
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup half and half (can substitute milk or cream)
  • 4 oz full-fat cream cheese (at room temperature)
