Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 onions (chopped)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 cloves garlic (minced)
- 56 oz crushed tomatoes
- 6 oz tomato paste
- 1/2 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp basil
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Instruction
- In a large saucepan, over medium heat, saute the onions in olive oil for 5 minutes or until soft
- Add the garlic and saute for another 2 minutes
- Mix in the rest of the ingredients and turn heat to high
- Bring to a boil, then reduce to medium-high and simmer for 15 minutes
