Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 onions (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 56 oz crushed tomatoes
  • 6 oz tomato paste
  • 1/2 tbsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp basil
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Instruction

  • In a large saucepan, over medium heat, saute the onions in olive oil for 5 minutes or until soft
  • Add the garlic and saute for another 2 minutes
  • Mix in the rest of the ingredients and turn heat to high
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce to medium-high and simmer for 15 minutes
