Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup pasta (raw)
- 2 cups mixed vegetables, chopped (mixed bell peppers, onion, corn)
- 1 cup grated cheese (mozzarella)
- 3 tablespoons pasta sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic (peeled and minced)
- 1 green chili (optional)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt (to taste)
Instruction
- First of all cook pasta until al dente and set aside. Preheat oven at 180C
- Heat olive oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic and chopped green chili. Saute well.
- Add chopped vegetables and saute well. Next add pasta sauce ,required salt and sugar. Mix well and cook in high flame for 6-7 minutes.
- Then add chili flakes and mix.
- Also add fresh cream and give a quick mix. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.

- Grease a baking dish with butter or olive oil. Spread half of the prepared pasta.
- Top with half of grated cheese.
- Add the remaining pasta and spread gently. Add the remaining grated cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. The cheese should melt and turn golden. Garnish with basil leaves and serve hot.
