Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup pasta (raw)
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables, chopped (mixed bell peppers, onion, corn)
  • 1 cup grated cheese (mozzarella)
  • 3 tablespoons pasta sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic (peeled and minced)
  • 1 green chili (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt (to taste)

Instruction

  • First of all cook pasta until al dente and set aside. Preheat oven at 180C
  • Heat olive oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic and chopped green chili. Saute well.
  • Add chopped vegetables and saute well. Next add pasta sauce ,required salt and sugar. Mix well and cook in high flame for 6-7 minutes.
  • Then add chili flakes and mix.
  • Also add fresh cream and give a quick mix. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.

  • Grease a baking dish with butter or olive oil. Spread half of the prepared pasta.
  • Top with half of grated cheese.
  • Add the remaining pasta and spread gently. Add the remaining grated cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. The cheese should melt and turn golden. Garnish with basil leaves and serve hot.
