Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup passion fruit juice - click here for How to Juice a Passion Fruit ((about 10 passion fruits))
  • ¾ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ¾ teaspoon vanilla

Instruction

  • Whip the cream. Use an electric mixer with the whisk attachment to whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Combine ingredients. Fold in the passion fruit juice, condensed milk and vanilla and mix only until everything is evenly incorporated. (Here's How to Juice Passion Fruit.)
  • Chill. Chill the mousse in the refrigerator, (covered either in a bowl with plastic wrap or in a plastic container with a lid), for about 2 hours before serving.If you want to make No Churn Passion Fruit Ice Cream, simply place in the freezer instead of the refrigerator, and mix it a couple of times as it freezes.
