Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup Italian parsley (stems removed)
- 1 cup fresh cilantro (stems removed)
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves (peeled)
- 1 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Instruction
- Puree all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
- Transfer sauce to an airtight container and refrigerate at least 2 hours or up to 1 day to allow the flavors to meld. Before serving, stir and season as needed.
