Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup Italian parsley (stems removed)
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro (stems removed)
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves (peeled)
  • 1 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Instruction

  • Puree all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  • Transfer sauce to an airtight container and refrigerate at least 2 hours or up to 1 day to allow the flavors to meld. Before serving, stir and season as needed.
