Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 ½ pounds Yukon Gold potatoes (see notes)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2-3 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon cracked pepper

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  • Wash and quarter the potatoes and add to a large mixing bowl.
  • Add all of the remaining ingredients to the bowl and toss well to coat the potatoes.
  • Spread potatoes in a single layer on a large, rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking, until potatoes are as golden brown and crispy as you’d like.
  • Taste and additional salt and pepper, if desired.
  • Serve hot.
