Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 ½ pounds Yukon Gold potatoes (see notes)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2-3 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon cracked pepper
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- Wash and quarter the potatoes and add to a large mixing bowl.
- Add all of the remaining ingredients to the bowl and toss well to coat the potatoes.
- Spread potatoes in a single layer on a large, rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking, until potatoes are as golden brown and crispy as you’d like.
- Taste and additional salt and pepper, if desired.
- Serve hot.
