Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cabbage
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Instruction

  • Wash cabbage and slice into 1-inch thick slices.
  • Place on a sheet tray and sprinkle salt, pepper, pine nuts, and parmesan over the top.
  • Roast at 425 degrees F for 30 minutes.
  • Serve immediately.
