The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 15 - stalks of asparagus
- 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 2 tablespoon(s) freshly grated parmesan
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) fresh ground black pepper
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut off white ends of asparagus, rinse and dry with a towel.
- Place in a baking dish and drizzle olive oil over asparagus. Using tongs, roll the asparagus around to make sure it is completely coated with olive oil.
- Sprinkle parmesan and pepper on top of asparagus. Place in oven.
- Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered for about 25 minutes or to desired doneness. Remove from oven and serve.
