Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 Pork Chops (boneless)
- ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon White Pepper (ground)
- 1 large Egg
- 4 ounces Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Instruction
- Mix together the garlic powder, salt and pepper. Sprinkle over the pork chops and press into the meat.
- Add the egg to a small bowl and whisk well.
- Place the parmesan onto a tray or plate.
- Dip each pork chop into the egg, then press into the parmesan cheese, coating both sides.
- Place a non stick frying pan over medium high heat, add the oil.
- Once the oil is hot, add the pork chops. Cook for at least 5 minutes, before gently lifting to check - you are looking for a golden brown crust with the cheese completely sticking to the pork.
- Gently flip the chops over and again cook for at least 5 minutes before checking for the golden brown crust.
- Serve with a side of Buttery Cauliflower Mash.
