Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 Pork Chops (boneless)
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon White Pepper (ground)
  • 1 large Egg
  • 4 ounces Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Instruction

  • Mix together the garlic powder, salt and pepper. Sprinkle over the pork chops and press into the meat.
  • Add the egg to a small bowl and whisk well.
  • Place the parmesan onto a tray or plate.
  • Dip each pork chop into the egg, then press into the parmesan cheese, coating both sides.
  • Place a non stick frying pan over medium high heat, add the oil.
  • Once the oil is hot, add the pork chops. Cook for at least 5 minutes, before gently lifting to check - you are looking for a golden brown crust with the cheese completely sticking to the pork.
  • Gently flip the chops over and again cook for at least 5 minutes before checking for the golden brown crust.
  • Serve with a side of Buttery Cauliflower Mash.
