Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 24 Chicken Wingettes (12 wings cut down)
  • 2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 6 tbsp. Butter
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 c. Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tbsp. Crushed Peppercorns

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with a wire rack.
  • In a bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, sprinkle with a little salt and pepper; then place the wings on the rack.
  • Cook for 40 minutes( turning the wings halfway through) then place them under the broiler for 10 minutes (5 minutes per side) to get them crispy. When the wings are done, remove them from the oven and place in a large mixing bowl.
  • While the wings are cooking, make the sauce. In a small saucepan, melt the butter along with the garlic, cheese and peppercorns.
  • Pour the butter mixture over the wings and plate them to serve. (You can sprinkle some extra cheese and peppercorns on top as a garnish.)
