Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 ounces penne pasta
- 8 ounces broccoli florettes (, 4 cups)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 Tbs. butter (, at room temperature)
- 2 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1 Tbs. lemon zest
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. cracked black pepper
Instruction
- Cook penne according to package directions, adding broccoli during last 3 minutes of cooking time. Drain, reserving 3/4 cup pasta water.
- Toss hot pasta and broccoli with Parmesan, butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, kosher salt, cracked black pepper and reserved pasta water.
