Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 4 Large Idaho Potatoes ((washed, diced))
  • 3 Medium Garlic Cloves ((skinned))
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 ounces Fresh Parmesan Cheese ((shredded))
  • 3/4 Cup Milk ((whole))
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instruction

  • First, wash and dice your potatoes and boil them, with your garlic cloves, over medium-high heat for about 15-20 minutes or until they are fork tender.
  • Next, drain the potatoes and garlic and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  • Then, add the butter, milk, cheese, and salt and pepper to the potatoes and garlic. Use a hand blender or potato masher to mash the taters until they are smooth and creamy.
  • Last, add additional salt and pepper to taste if needed, then transfer the parmesan mashed potatoes to a serving dish and serve while hot.
