The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 4 Large Idaho Potatoes ((washed, diced))
- 3 Medium Garlic Cloves ((skinned))
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 ounces Fresh Parmesan Cheese ((shredded))
- 3/4 Cup Milk ((whole))
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instruction
- First, wash and dice your potatoes and boil them, with your garlic cloves, over medium-high heat for about 15-20 minutes or until they are fork tender.
- Next, drain the potatoes and garlic and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Then, add the butter, milk, cheese, and salt and pepper to the potatoes and garlic. Use a hand blender or potato masher to mash the taters until they are smooth and creamy.
- Last, add additional salt and pepper to taste if needed, then transfer the parmesan mashed potatoes to a serving dish and serve while hot.
