The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup whole cashews
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon

Instruction

  • Pre-heat the oven to 350 and line a sheet tray with a silicone mat. Combine the cashews, olive oil, parmesan, and dried herbs together in a bowl and stir it all together well to make sure the cashews are coated. Spread the coated cashews out in a single layer on the sheet tray and roast them for about 10 minutes. Serve them immediately for a yummy snack!
