Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 2 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
- 1/2 cup Chobani Greek vanilla yogurt (or plain Greek yogurt (or use sour cream or mayo))
- 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. marjoram
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. lemon pepper
- 1 tbsp. parsley
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt (or kosher salt)
- 3/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/3 cup Italian bread crumbs or Homemade Bread Crumbs (enough to cover chicken well)
Instruction
- Mix Greek yogurt, cheese and seasonings together in small mixing bowl.
- Spray a glass baking dish with olive oil cooking spray.
- Place chicken breasts on the bottom of the dish.
- Spread cheese mixture over top of the chicken breasts.
- Sprinkle bread crumbs evenly over top.
- Bake at 425° for about 30-40 minutes until juices run clear when meat is pricked with a fork.
