Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 2 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
  • 1/2 cup Chobani Greek vanilla yogurt (or plain Greek yogurt (or use sour cream or mayo))
  • 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1 tsp. marjoram
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. lemon pepper
  • 1 tbsp. parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt (or kosher salt)
  • 3/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1/3 cup Italian bread crumbs or Homemade Bread Crumbs (enough to cover chicken well)

Instruction

  • Mix Greek yogurt, cheese and seasonings together in small mixing bowl.
  • Spray a glass baking dish with olive oil cooking spray.
  • Place chicken breasts on the bottom of the dish.
  • Spread cheese mixture over top of the chicken breasts.
  • Sprinkle bread crumbs evenly over top.
  • Bake at 425° for about 30-40 minutes until juices run clear when meat is pricked with a fork.
