Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/4 cup Tuvar dal
- 1/4 cup Chana dal
- 2 Red chilli
- 1 Green chilli
- 1 tsp Saunf (Fennel seeds)
- Salt
- Curry leaves
- Asafoetida (Hing)
- Oil for frying
Instruction
- Wash and soak the dals in water for 2-3 hours.
- Drain the water and grind to a coarse paste along with red, green chillies and saunf.
- Add salt, chopped curry leaves, asafoetida and mix well.
- Take lemon sized ball and flatten in your hand and deep fry them.
