Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/4 cup Tuvar dal
  • 1/4 cup Chana dal
  • 2 Red chilli
  • 1 Green chilli
  • 1 tsp Saunf (Fennel seeds)
  • Salt
  • Curry leaves
  • Asafoetida (Hing)
  • Oil for frying

Instruction

  • Wash and soak the dals in water for 2-3 hours.
  • Drain the water and grind to a coarse paste along with red, green chillies and saunf.
  • Add salt, chopped curry leaves, asafoetida and mix well.
  • Take lemon sized ball and flatten in your hand and deep fry them.
