Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 Tbsp cashew halves
- 2 Tbsp dried cranberries
- 1/2 papaya (medium sized)
- 2 Tbsp coconut palm sugar
- 2 Tbsp Almond slices
- lime zest (for garnish (optional))
Instruction
- Soak cashews and cranberries in warm water for 15 minutes
- Remove seeds from papaya and cut into rough cubes
- In a blender, add sugar and papaya
- Drain the soaked cranberries and cashews before adding to the blender
- Blend on very low speed for about 2 minutes
- Finally, blend on high speed for 2 minutes or until it is smooth. By smooth, I mean smooooooooth.
- Transfer to mini trifle cups and chill for about 15 minutes
- Top with Almond slices and lime zest
