  • 250 g Halloumi (cut lengthways in half)
  • 2 tbsp Plain Flour
  • 1 Egg (beaten)
  • 50 g Panko Breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable Oil (for frying)
  • 2 Brioche Buns
  • Mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tsp Ginger (grated)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (crushed)
  • 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 2 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 2 tsp Curry Powder (we used mild)
  • 250 g Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 400g tin Chopped Tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp Malt Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • Salt
