Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 Red Bell Pepper (medium sized)
- 1 Yellow Bell Pepper (medium sized)
- 1 Green Capsicum (medium sized)
- 200 gm Cottage Cheese
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- 1 Tsp Soya Sauce
- 1/2 Tsp Oregano
- 1/2 Tsp Basil (Dried)
- 1/2 Tsp Mixed Herbs (Optional)
- 1/2 Tsp Chili Flakes
- Salt
Instruction
- Chop all the veggies and cottage cheese.
- Add green capsicum. Saute on medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add red and yellow bell peppers. Saute for a minute or so.
- Lastly add cottage cheese, salt, oregano, basil, mixed herbs and chili flakes.
- Toss and serve.
