Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper (medium sized)
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper (medium sized)
  • 1 Green Capsicum (medium sized)
  • 200 gm Cottage Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 Tsp Soya Sauce
  • 1/2 Tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 Tsp Basil (Dried)
  • 1/2 Tsp Mixed Herbs (Optional)
  • 1/2 Tsp Chili Flakes
  • Salt

Instruction

  • Chop all the veggies and cottage cheese.
  • Add green capsicum. Saute on medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Add red and yellow bell peppers. Saute for a minute or so.
  • Lastly add cottage cheese, salt, oregano, basil, mixed herbs and chili flakes.
  • Toss and serve.
