The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 200 Gram Paneer
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2 tbsp Capsicum
  • 2 tbsp Carrot
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder

  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • Salt (As Required)
  • Bread Slices (As Required)
  • Butter
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Jeera / Cumin Seeds

Instruction

  • Crumble paneer with your hands or just pulse it in a mixer once. Then, chop the onion, capsicum and grate the carrot.
  • Also, measure and keep all the other ingredients ready. Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add cumin seeds, onion, ginger-garlic paste and saute till the raw small leaves.
  • Add capsicum, carrot, chilli powder and garam masala powder.
  • Add crumbled paneer, required salt and mix everything well.
  • Take a bread slice and spread little paneer masala all over. Then cover it with another bread.
  • Pre-heat the toaster, once it is ready, apply butter both on the bottom and top. If you don’t have a toaster, you can use a tawa and do the same. Keep the bread slices, smear it with little butter on top and toast it.
  • Once it is done, flip it to the other side, smear it with little more butter on top and toast it.
