Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 200 Gram Paneer
- 1 Small Onion
- 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 tbsp Capsicum
- 2 tbsp Carrot
- 1 tsp Chilli Powder
- 1 Pinch Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- Salt (As Required)
- Bread Slices (As Required)
- Butter
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Jeera / Cumin Seeds
Instruction
- Crumble paneer with your hands or just pulse it in a mixer once. Then, chop the onion, capsicum and grate the carrot.
- Also, measure and keep all the other ingredients ready. Heat oil in a pan.
- Add cumin seeds, onion, ginger-garlic paste and saute till the raw small leaves.
- Add capsicum, carrot, chilli powder and garam masala powder.
- Add crumbled paneer, required salt and mix everything well.
- Take a bread slice and spread little paneer masala all over. Then cover it with another bread.
- Pre-heat the toaster, once it is ready, apply butter both on the bottom and top. If you don’t have a toaster, you can use a tawa and do the same. Keep the bread slices, smear it with little butter on top and toast it.
- Once it is done, flip it to the other side, smear it with little more butter on top and toast it.
