Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 100 gm paneer or tofu
  • 10 to 12 pieces of Papaya
  • Rick salt (to taste)
  • A few mint leaves
  • One small onion (cut into rings)
  • Dash of lime juice
  • 1 tsp oil to saute the cottage cheese

Instruction

  • Cube the paneer and saute to golden brown. Toss in all the ingredients together in a serving bowl. Sprinkle the salt and lime juice. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
