Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 100 gm paneer or tofu
- 10 to 12 pieces of Papaya
- Rick salt (to taste)
- A few mint leaves
- One small onion (cut into rings)
- Dash of lime juice
- 1 tsp oil to saute the cottage cheese
Instruction
- Cube the paneer and saute to golden brown. Toss in all the ingredients together in a serving bowl. Sprinkle the salt and lime juice. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
