The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- Paneer / Cottage cheese – 250 gms (cubed into ½ inch pieces)
- Tomato – 4 large or 5 medium
- Green chilies – 2
- Ginger – ½ inch piece (finely grated)
- Cashew paste – ¼ cup
- Milk – ½ cup
- Cinnamon – 1 small stick
- Cloves – 4
- Bay leaf – 1
- Red chili powder – 1 ½ tsp (adjust based on your spice level)
- Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
- Garam masala – 1 tsp
- Kasuri methi – 2 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Oil or butter or mixture of both – 3 tbsp
