  • Paneer / Cottage cheese – 250 gms (cubed into ½ inch pieces)
  • Tomato – 4 large or 5 medium
  • Green chilies – 2
  • Ginger – ½ inch piece (finely grated)
  • Cashew paste – ¼ cup
  • Milk – ½ cup
  • Cinnamon – 1 small stick
  • Cloves – 4
  • Bay leaf – 1
  • Red chili powder – 1 ½ tsp (adjust based on your spice level)
  • Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
  • Garam masala – 1 tsp
  • Kasuri methi – 2 tsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Oil or butter or mixture of both – 3 tbsp
