Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 2 8 ounce salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- kosher salt to taste
- fresh black pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoons fresh parsley (chopped fine)
- 2 teaspoons minced shallot
- 2 teaspoons whole grain mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- kosher salt to taste
- fresh black pepper to taste
Instruction
- Place a large skillet over medium heat. Season salmon on all sides with salt and pepper, rub with olive oil. Place salmon in hot skillet for 3 minutes, turn up the heat to medium-high. Flip using a spatula and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until cooked to your liking. Serve with maple vinaigrette.
