Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 2 8 ounce salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • kosher salt to taste
  • fresh black pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoons fresh parsley (chopped fine)
  • 2 teaspoons minced shallot
  • 2 teaspoons whole grain mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • kosher salt to taste
  • fresh black pepper to taste

Instruction

  • Place a large skillet over medium heat. Season salmon on all sides with salt and pepper, rub with olive oil. Place salmon in hot skillet for 3 minutes, turn up the heat to medium-high. Flip using a spatula and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until cooked to your liking. Serve with maple vinaigrette.
